The subtle scent of Jade East is a delicious citrus blend of bergamot and lemon, with basil, lavender, anise, and orange blossoms. Middle notes of cedar, carnation, oakmoss, and sandalwood and just a touch of musk and vanilla.
Yes, this is the original Jade East and it was made recently.
Bought directly from Regency Cosmetics, the current manufacturer.
The only difference from the Swank product of 1960s is the color. The FDA banned a dye in the 1970s so the cologne(It was not in the after shave) looks a little yellow. The scent has not changed.
